Anyone else getting a new DOM??

We get a new DOM every 6/12 months, don't know why but they never last very long at my office

To be honest i really would not hold your breath we have had a new one, BUT he's a twat he has mucked our office up good and proper,it use to be a top office up until 6 months ago now its a smouldering wreak,the worst thing is he thinks he is the best thing since sliced bread,faceless fool he just walks away never sorts anything out and never looks at you in the face,if i hear another at my old office we use to do this i might run from the office screaming.

our slimey barsteward of a dom has seemingly been headhunted and has fu#ked off to be top man at livingston. I hope someone can keep me informed as to his progress as i've often wondered how he'd get on not being able to run to the cluster manager every time there's a problem (or a question!) f*ck knows who we'll get , not that it makes much of a difference , having the cluster manager under the same roof just makes them slightly more relevant than the work place coaches.

Our DOM regenerates himself about every 6 months sometimes more sometimes less,similar to Dr WHO .

But what happens to Old doms,are they taken over the sea in a Plane and Pushed out the plane in the middle of the Ocean by the Area Manager ,because they just disappear
not sure if their is a Prison or a Mental hospital somewhere,as I know many suffer stress and Health related illlnesses and Alcholic type behavoir due to stress.

Our present DOM reminds me of Tony Blair,all smiles and very freindly,and this is what WE are going to do,and I AM only thinking of You! but little action ,wich may be good.

Last time we changed dom's we had 4 different ones in a year and ended up with the one we started with.

When they join the planning dept they become a bigger joke than when they were a manager of the office,we have just heard that they have taken some spare managers(lets face it there are a few) they are being put on a project to decide on how many managers we really need to run the joint,i nearly spat my coffee everywhere when i laughed,is it me or is when they have to size down the managers they put them on a project.Answers on a card please!
