Do you think Managers should join the strike, i beleive that if they were balloted they would get a yes vote

Ours are well racked off in our office,refusing to go delivering after receiving a letter from their union not to do proper work! postmanswork that is. :nana :nana
One Graduate Apprentice manager was crying as he was not allowed in tomorrow on his day off :Very Happy

but I think NO. get back to work the lot of yas and think yaselves lucky u have jobs! over £2million people dont and will be facing xmas on the dole, skint and miserable!

As far as I am concerned the CMA should be disbanded with immediate effect.
It serves no useful purpose within Royal Mail Group whatsoever and is arguably the most toothless union in the UK.
At least the CWU can rely upon massive support generally speaking and still possesses an awful lot of clout compared to the majority of unions in our country.
Should the CMA strike? Would anybody notice, would it make any difference and would anybody care?
"They couldn't see what should have been so obvious".
