Is'nt it about time RM issued sensible uniform, thicker trousers in winter, jumpers, woolly/beany hats rather than a hat from an episode of South Park. The uniform is useless now, I'm still wearing old stuff from years ago that is still in better nick than the new stuff. :roll:

When i started about 15 years ago we were issued with thicker winter and thiner summer trousers, also a woolly jumper with patches on shoulders and elbows, but the were phased out when the fleeces and haringtons were bought in, also them brilliant thermal coats that you could take the sleeves off.
