IDEAL CHRISTMAS PRESENT FOR YOUR MANAGER - A GRIEVANCE

Post by MinisterofCucumber »

Merry Christmas, everyone.

A lot of you have genuine grievances but have still not raised them.

Successful grievances are evidence that management are failing. RM is answerable to parliament. Eventually, the government will be forced to get rid of Crozier and change the management style.

You can print off the Individual Grievance Procedure and forms from the intranet.

If anyone needs any help in drafting their grievance, I will help.

We must seek out and expose bad management.

Happy hunting.

I've always wanted RM to stay in the public sector but Im starting to think the only way to get rid of the useless management is to privatise it. It will work, believe me...bu its just the implications for staff and customers. What other ways are there to get rid of these idiots? What about mutual ownership; posties/govt?

It's true the RM is full of managers who shouldn't be there. I have said before most can't even read and write properly and that is no exaggeration.
They simply would not survive outside the business. They get paid a fortune and are a waste of space most of the time.
If RM are serious about saving money this is where they should start.
No I'm not being paranoid, they really are out to get me.

Lets hope that Crozier & Co. have a series of 'unfortunate mishaps' over the Xmas period; chicken bones stuck in their windpipes & that kind of thing... :dance Preferably fatal. :cfo Brutal yes but an honest representation of the kind of resentment that I and most of my immediate colleagues feel towards the whole stinking lot of them.
You do the work, they get the loot. The men with the smiles and the 3 piece suits.

We have that already, we're taxpayers, we own Royal Mail, once privatised it will become a rich man's plaything, of no benefit to anyone but himself.
