Xmas Day a SERVICE DAY...!
Anybody else on a long weekend next week??? Our REP hasn't a clue whats happening as to whats happening - i.e If its your day off next SAT & MON then the Saturday is a Service day and we lose it... So whats happens to everyone else thats off during the week and gets their day off does that mean they owe RM a day back??? I may be wrong but thats due to us being in the dark about it... And if we lose next Sat is that Legal as am pretty sure it must be given back as a DAY IN LIEU...?

I can't remember exactly where it is, but RM HAVE confirmed there will be NO SERVICE until Tuesday 29th December.

you dont get a day in lieu for the saturday only the monday, thats just the way it is, they could make us work if they wanted. So by not getting a day back your not actually losing out cos you still get your long weekend you just seem bitter cos everyone else gets the saturday off too.

Being a reserve I normally have Tuesdays off but this week Saturday is my day off

What if your rest day is friday which is xmas day do you get a day back for that
