Royal Mail becoming a joke!!!

I've worked for RM for 13 years and lets be honest the job is becoming a joke, longer unachieveable walks. Prep targets that are impossible and management that seem to attack the workforce with bullying and harassment at any opportunity. Its about time we all stood up like men/women and fought back. They keep blaming us for changes and walks etc but lets started pointing the finger at lead dom.
Too many workers just rollover with harassment and bullying, the motto should be all for one and one for all. This proud company is sinking faster than the titanic. Monday/Tuesday you should go into work and make a stand, work your normal hours, refuse to overtime and call the Dom a w*******(twice). Ok i'm joking about the last comment, Everything i say is true.
We have rights as a rm worker, use it, don't let RM abuse it or us.

Trouble is in my office we have too many tear arses running round using cars etc who dont give a stuff.

In my office we do stand up to the DOM we have even asked him to show us how the performance standards can be meet.

So now we dont even get tested why because they no they are unachievable thick bar stewards.

'Tis true. I no longer feel proud to work for, or be associated with RM, a once great job is now just a big pain in the arse, something I HAVE to do in order to put food on the table, clothes on my back, pay the exorbitant utility bills.
The service has gone to the bleedin' dogs, and I have no control over it, the whole world and his dog knows I'm underpaid and overworked, so, yes, I'm deeply embarrassed to have to wear anything with the RM livery on it.

Good luck, jaja. I'm not sure how it'll pan out in 2010, whether I'm lucky enough to find another job, or get sacked on trumped up charge, or even because I come up on the lottery , but I've a horrible feeling that EVRs will be few and far between, and I really cannot see much of a future for me in this shambles of a company.
