Have you got the bottle ?

Post by rhino49 »

I was given my best ever Christmas bottle by a grateful customer yesterday - I am used to getting wine and beer of varying but still much appreciated qualities, but was delighted yesterday to unwrap a boxed bottle of Johnnie Walker Black Label which I will thoroughly enjoy. Have any of you had such pleasant surprises this or any other year from your customers?

:Very Happy Choclate, and even more chocolate---much to my shame, I can't help but burst the packet open, and eat it on my rounds.

 Actually--every year I have to give away a lot of them! and pots of jam, and tins of biscuits----my customers know me well---and that includes the pressies I get AFTER Christmas--those ones you know the people were given in the first instance, decided they didn't want them, and flung them my way instead! But, I'm still grateful for them.

I have abottle of wine to open , a box of those various coc bars which my son and I opened and ate them all lol, tried to save the crunchie bar for the boyfreind for xmas but the look of it got the better of us and we ate it especially after yesterdays debacle about taking out mail in the ice and snow and after 5 half hours delivering had had enough,(Cut Off)

Some pressie's from customers are still wrapped been good there lol and about £130 in various fivers and tenners and a couple of coins, mainly from the older generation and none from the business on my round. but really happy going to have a week off soon beetween xmas and new year

Got a nice box of luxury chocolate biscuits from a customer and decided that I'm not the only one who contributes to MY customers service - so they went into work for everyone who took their official break before going out.
