Did anyone else NOT get their wages paid into their account today?

It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.

YES!! I thought it was cos the bank decided to stop giving me money on the overdraft, so they blocked a £30 withdrawl....but permitted £20....I needed to get two tyres for my car today as well :evil/mad

No wages for me either. Guess we should insist on cash, given the perilous state of the banks. How come the banks automatically get to make profit from our pay every week anyway. I'd like a choice; cash in hand ,or numbers in Barclays,hardly seems fair or competitive that you ain't given the option :evil/mad

It went in overnight :hmmmm so I didn't even get the chance to complain about it at work............................I had to find other things to complain about. :Very Happy

I don't know what to think, I got £20 out of the bank this morning ( sweet ) and later at the shop trying to pay by card, it got declined ( WTF! ) :crazy:
