Got some sneaks coming up behind me in stairs tryign to see if im leaving my bag lying there.

it a bit worrying - dodgy area
one day part timers will have the same right as full timers

Because you are worried about security so he should be informed - It also builds a pattern if the worst was tohappen, it shows you at least tried to alert the manager.
