At a recent meeting with the union reps and doms ,one of the managers manager announced that they had "f****d up and got it wrong "

our dom and union rep said they just stood there open mouthed could not belive it

i questioned my dim about the fact that i was losing my rest day on boxing day, he replyed "your not losing a day every one else is gaining a day" made me feel a lot better

This gets me so mad . Our old dom even made us queue outside his door for a while. Its like they are doing us a favour by LETTING us book it. No you are doing THEM a favour by going over your contracted hours and you need to remind them of this prompto.
The counting of letters in your frame has been done here, usually on your meal relief. Its just designed to put you off bullying. If the mail is not that heavy you just need to remind them its due to the extra 30-40mins ips etc they had you doing. Or whatever reason is, dont be bullied into working for nothing.

As for making you take a break, well i think thats the reason why we,re just about to lose a paid break, cos none of you buggers take it, not even 20 mins. Theres not that many in our office who take the whole of it and ive found myself justifying why i need it. (walks neen increased to 800 drops, loads of steps etc) when other sections are queueing up at the door and actually RUN to their cars.
