you think you are the only one running around to get home and look after kids?
wife home at 7pm? my OH is lucky to be home for 3am (no,not a prossie)
havent seen her for 3 days with opposite shifts

question for you buddy, might help you a little here, are either yourself or wife getting part of your pay in child care vouchers?

could save you a bit of money here, if your paying for child care, and dont do it at the moment, you are loosing out, ask your or your wifes employer to pay part(or all) your wages as child care vouchers, dont know if rm do it, but most big employers do, the reason they save you money is they are deducted at source BEFORE tax is calculated, so you dont pay as much in tax as a result, anyway hope this helps

FH - I splashed out last week and got a decent Black Fleece for £22.

A teacher at work until 7pm every day? :crazy: Mine is one too and she's home before 5 almost every day, that's with management meetings as well. Fridays she's home for 3.30.

ps: We're on £4k a month between us, no kids, £400 a month mortgage and still skint!
