What is the difference between S/A OT and normal OT is it much cos there is some fall outs over it

As I understand its as follows:-

1st 10 hours of overtime £9.65 per hr

Over 10 hours overtime pays less but can not remeber the actual amount.

SA overtime £9.58 per hr

Sunday rate overtime £10.66

Although SA rate overtime seems less than normal overtime it is made more through two "bonus" payments twice a year.

I think the 1st 10 hrs of overtime is £9.23 per hour
and over 10 hrs it's paid at £8.21 per hour

So sad that nobody has a bloody clue about the wages...why are they so varied and bloody confusing..my sunday rate is higher than the 2 just quoted but my SA overtime rate is the same as my usual hourly rate of pay !!
