Don't need tips don't care if don't get any in fact people slowing me down to give me tips will just get me in more trouble with DOM.
On a serious note I am happy for the odd thank you every so often but the duty I'm on all I get is grief for posting letters they don't want and chased by dogs. I used to be on a duty which was really good for tips but it was to big for my part time hours so I was moved.

sod all ..............management keep moving me from 1 duty to another, i have signed for a round last year and next week i am on it for 1 day and 4 other walks the rest of the week
