SA payment for OT??

Hi all, what's the craic with SA for OT i've read the document on here saying we're supposed to get it for coming in on day off or any extra OT we do, but our manager says it's only if you come in early and do IPS 5.45-6.45 which really is only for the rurals is that not discrimination? Who can i see about this?

It may be dependent on a local agreement that you have based on what happened last year ... check with your office or area rep as to whether that is the case.

We are getting SA rate for O/T when working day off and coming in early on sorting. DIM DOM didn't want it to start until next week, but I told him if the Attendance Bonus was based on the 4 weeks of christmas pressure then so should the SA rate.

No late opening of caller's office either as there were no volunteers for it last year.

Have your managers not any inkling of customer service maybe they could staff it after a quick coffee!.

I think our DIM DOM must have been on holiday when the customer service course came along ... despite a lot of customer complaints about his manner RM believe him to be the best thing since sliced bread!

In our MC you get all O/T paid at SA rate for all pre-listed overtime for the duration of Christmas pressure...BUT all your breaks are UNPAID,so you make bugger all extra,typical RM smoke and mirrors crap...
