Royal Mail are Family Friendly in that within a few years they will have us all working part time from 9.45am to 2.15pm, times ideally suited to fit between dropping the kids off at school and picking them up again.

point is they're not! I work 10-3 great on between kids at school but to get finished most days means cutting off.Lounge Lizard wrote:Royal Mail are Family Friendly in that within a few years they will have us all working part time from 9.45am to 2.15pm, times ideally suited to fit between dropping the kids off at school and picking them up again.
Life's only rosey if you make it that way...... There is life outside of Royal Mail you know!

you get the form to fill in from the manager, so if you think you need to start at 9.30 so your done by 2 then thats what you put in guy in my office starts 45 mins as his finish time was when he needed to pick up kids so now he has 45 mins to get there.
