It is the responsibility of management to provide pouch boxes or safe bag drop points. Naturally, these need to be close to the delivery point to prevent excessive dead walking.

For security reasons it should only be official pouch boxes but these have to be paid for so there is no chance.

Get your DIM WITTED DOM to type up a standard letter when you think you have found a suitable drop go and post the letter with a pre-paid envelope and hopefully they will agree this is how its done in our office.

My delivery is on a new ish estate with no pouch boxes at all!! I leave my bags in a block of apartments which is not a safe bag drop in my eyes. This also means loads of dead walking for me, my manager keeps saying he will sort it. but as normal nothing gets done. I think it will take someone to steal it all, for something to be done.
