my ars..... regarding our unit union meeting last week and the threads i have responded to it seems that management are disrespectfull on all counts regarding work loads, work to sort, work to prep, work to deliver, which means that dignity and respect within the work place has now been discarded i believe by management and action citizens while christmas is upon us is fundilmental. Make all management accountable within your units that displease you within your working day.
