is it just me or are most new staters mainly part timers all mostly in the same boat :d'oh! .
they come in no meal break rush the prep and take there car if they have 1 rush round and clock off in record time :crazy: .
our managers love them not much overtime and all the mail delivered job done . :no no
we have a office full of them :mad i must admit i was a bit keen when i started 9 years ago but never rushed back to the office as i was well warned in advance :shhhhh :no no these days the part timers dont listen as it is mostly job and knock for them

When I started I was on a 27hr contract I think but doing a 40hr duty so was claiming overtime every day!!

Then they upped my contracted hours but changed my walk.

Sounds like established FT to me :crazy:

To be honest that decsription does not have any boundaries at my D.O and can not be attributed to any one group of workers.
