The new agreemenmt or whatever you call it allows the renegotiating of 4 day weeks to go back.
Royal Fail have relaxed the 2 o'clock last letter and it can now go back to 3.
Only prob is they are acting the arse over indoor working and does your 4 day week warrant it,and also depends on how long your walks are and if it warrants a 4 day week.
In part this is bollox as the 4 days should be put back as they were signed for in 07!! :cfo

4hrs walks at my place,30 mins travelling time,50 mins break,ips and prepping.At times we cut off!

we are in the process of trying to get our 9 day fortnight back but as usual rm want to save hours in the office even though we gave duties up to go to a 9 day fortnight in the first place

We have them down 'ere n Cornwall. Three rurals became two and two firms each have half a walk to do after the main delivery. Could anyone give me more info on how these 4 day weeks and 9 day fortnights work? Based on a small office of 5 , we do 5 , 6 day weeks and have the 5th week off and have a duty that covers whoever is on there rest week.
