has any office reached agreement

I was just wondering if any office has reached agreement since the interim agreement was signed.
If they have was it any good, did you get a fair deal.

We've had one meeting but they don't seem to want to move away from their original plans. can't see us getting anywhere fast

We put in a disagreement from the whole office but are just being ignored and i thought it was just us!

Our office given 155 hrs savings lol.......after our manager promised at WTL session we was going to get re-investment
Looks like our manager will be delivering more cut-offs !!! What's funny, our manager does not want this 8% savings proposal to go through as its unachievable, our Rep is thinking of saying go ahead and do it.

Our Boss is worse than before dunno what we went on strike for its gonna be like working in a labour camp can,t talk to your mates if you do they move one of you if you can,t sort and talk don,t talk.

our office has got worse. now we are told that they cant pay us overtime unless we absorb because the hours are not there and they have to loose another 175(only a small office and have lost over 300hrs already in the past 15 months). all the while packets just sit in yorks building up. shame cause we all want it cleared but if things don't change fast i honestly cannot see anyway we are gonna get clear as the underlying problem still exists. funny how management are immune to wilful delay

We have some of the Karma at home, but I can't do all the positions nowadays, what with the bad knee, sciatica, bad back and erm... other frailties

3 walks put back in plus a driving duty canteen re-vamp ,locker room re-vamp and the possibility of our ags being made up to f/t.

But i am waiting for the bomb shell to drop as they arnt going to give all this without there being somethink in the pipe. its been to easy so far and ive worked for R/M to know somethinks fishy but we will fight it if thew time comes for a fight.

And i rejected there 8% office savings just waiting for the DSM to reply to me.
