For MC night shifts will we get the whole of the Monday night off (28th) or will we have to be back in at midnight?

Nar that's not right, last december we still got our normal days off with the chance to if we wanted to work them, it'll be the same again this yr. There is nee way in hell am working 6 days a week leading upto xmas, especially cos it wud'nt be fair cos some guys at my office work 6 days a week for six weeks then have a week off so if that was to happen we would be working extra than them. X-mas, boxing day and new yrs day are all paid holidays same with all bank holidays. And if we were to work bank holiday we would have to get time and a half :nana

It would be impossible to have everyone working their day off in the week running up to Xmas.

Staffing levels will be at a maximum as no AL over the pressure, so having everyone in to do what exactly???

That would be 7 men/women in my office in twiddling their thumbs as all duties will be covered.
