Overtime complaint

managers seem to be able to decide that your not getting as many overtime hours that you have put down for.

Or they seem to forget ??

How would i complain??????? . and who to

Its doing my nut in im getting fuckd around thre takign the piss i allways point it out to them but its still not added the next week and theres no way imn working for free !

today i cut off on my time and wen they ask why im going to say because im not working for free.

but i dont want to get into a big argument .

1. Talk to your rep about the OT issue.
2. Did you tell them you were going to cut befroe you went out ?

Tell them that if you do not receive it in next weeks pay, you will be going to the small claims court. I would bet my life that you will get paid it. As long as your claim is genuine, they have no right to delay the payment unless they have challenged the payment and given you their reasons for non payment.

Quite right, nothing goes down well when you are in your six month review (trial). People may say kick off, I have done myself, but you have to lay down low, take their s**t and hit back after six months.

There really is nothing more you can do if you want to stay with RM.

They hold all the power mate and you know it.
