What is the procedure for getting a holiday?

Im allocated some crap time of the year to take holidays i accept this .. barely!

But now wen i ask fo ra holiday im told NO because theres allready people on holiday that day??

So what am i mean to do just accept holidays that they choose on a certain week?

this is not acceptable to me!
