I actually beleive that now RM have us roped into a corner they are hoping we enter into fresh strike action. The self harm would be immense.
This is how you combat it time and time again it is talked about.
WORK TO THERE RULES.
COME IN ON TIME NOT EARLY.
FINISH ON TIME DONT GO OVER.
TAKE YOUR BREAK.
DONT TAKE OUT YOUR CAR THEY PROVIDE A FREE VAN SERVICE YES YOU HAVE TO GET BACK SURE< WHY SPEND YOUR OWN PETROL MONEY.
This alone would cripple the buisness just by workinbg to there rule book, it would show the management plan for what it is crap...!

This is true you will always get the ones cutting up the job to make 20 mins at the end of the day. There will come a time when dispite all their running around they will work all paid hours.
