been a blue shirt many a year now10+ seen the job change so much(for the worse)

although i support the union(billy and dave the jokers) they have no experience or any of the pec on what it's like on the ground...as a blue shirt...but i bet one of the bargaining chips is to lose payment for D2D and royal mail take all the cream i say if(more probably when) we all go "out again" that a good percentage of the "borderline strikers" will go in because of the union leaderships bad decisions

The last agreement offered a "once only" payment of about £200 that came with loads of strings.
Basically to accept being endlessly flexible.
This deal should neither look nor smell like the last.

i average £30/£35 for 3 lots of d2ds, so the carrot better be a lot mre than that!!!!!

I think that a set amount will be given to us weekly,say £20, and then the number they give us will go through the roof.
Anyone remember the rebate fiasco in the late 80's.I used to claim about 6 hours a week for 600 items.We were then given a pay rise to compensate and had to deliver it for nothing.The number of items went up massively and then they changed the name to mailsort
