I am really not surprised after the tricks they have pulled on us this year. 
To be honest I would quite like to stick any SA package this year and work normal hours over the pressure period. It nearly killed me last year with some days taking 6 hours to get round and finishing in the dark. I would quite like to come home normal time and let those who want/need the extra OT to have my cut off.

they can have it, have already told em i will be doing very little over my 40 hours this year
every xmas before i have done nightshifts then delivery and sometimes more!!!
however i have knuckled down and cleared my debts as i saw the storm coming
so while im hardly living the high life i can get by on basic wage

I agree and i have done the same. We have cut back on everthing inc food and have spent less on xmas presents as ive been expecting this.
