The DDA/Equality Act demands action,NOT words......adjustments NOT Occupational Health referrals.Case No:2505901/09

I personally think it quite sad, seeing someone get in that state in the first place, especially as he is a postman, and those morons laughing in the background :no no

Funny story, kind of,they had this in The Sun a few months back and we had it in our news forum, baring in mind how old it is i phoned the c***s news desk up and asked them wtf they were doing, the cretin on the end of the phone started talking bollox and i was answering him back when he then told me to 'f**k off' and put the phone down!
I Wrote-During Covid-Which is still relevant now
It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.
My BFF Clash
The daily grind of having to argue your case with an intellectual pigmy of a line manager is physically and emotionally draining.

That has never happened at my DO - I don't know anyone who has actually turned up drunk TBH.
