just wondering if anyone has taken or thought of taking legal advice as a result of all these changes being forced on us posties.Its clear royal mail cant be trusted and the union cant be realied on so were on our own with regards to our rights as employees.maybe its time to seek out some outside help,im pretty sure the legal sharks of this world would love a free for all against royal mail given the chance.

Most employment law in the UK is well and truly stacked against the employee when it comes to rights etc. It is the one very good reason, if no other(s)), to become a CWU member. The additional protection afforded just from being a member of a trade union, CWU or otherwise, is well worth the subscription on its own .. at least in my humble opinion.

Ha,we should of all marched into some solicitors down on their luck and wack in 150,000 lawsuits against RM,just imagine......

humble opinion it may be, but let me tell you now, when the chips are down you will not see the CWU for dust....what extra protection? well worth the subscription on its own!!!!???!!!
