Spares!.

The last few weeks four-six spares have stayed in all day too do some IPS.At my office we still have a Big back log of mail,I can't see us ever clearing it because of job cuts.If a spare is listed for a walk,why can a manager make them stay in all day instead?.Some work is being left for a postie too come back too after there leave thats not fair.Also D2Ds are not being touched.Is it worth talking too a union member or manager?,No one listens any more.
