In a meeting today our branch divisional reps were informed by Royal Mail that they have no intention of reviewing the executive action already in place in our area.
The deal is not even 5 days old and they have already reneged on it.....
We shall be informing RM of our intention to take industrial action. :arrrghh

If your branch cannot get any joy then the IR framework should be used to get the Div Reps and if needs be HQ involved.

We had the same in our office, and we are part of the essex amal also, so I can see us out again but my office have had rumblings from quite a few people they are not prepared to go back out, they just wanted the strikes to carry on,

Part of our Office is still going to have executive action forced in on the first week of January and our DOM wont sit and discuss it. He has also refused to negotiat the executive action that was used to bring in a revision for the other part of our office. We have informed both the area rep and the divisional rep, but I think its not going anywhere, we have been sold down the river by our union leaders. The interim shafting is just that, we will get a proper shafting once Christmas is out the way.
