To rite i would be up for it why the majority think this dispute is over as nothink at all has been agreed.

Fair dos we should of kept our foot on the gas and squezzed the balls of R/M a little bit harder but its not over.

I will be out. With voting yes to strike I agreed to take the action that we thought was neccassary to get RM management to listen and sort out the problems that have occurred within RM. But we must remember strike action is the last option. No-one wants to lose pay, we certainly dont want to cripple the business into the ground losing good customers. So if we have got RM to the table to talk then that is a step forward, maybe not the three steps we wanted to jump but it is a step.
But if the talks fail, then I am ready again to honour my yes vote, coz we are still fighting for the same cause and saving this service. As was said in another thread if we striked in the next 2 weeks it would be less effective to RM as compared to striking at Christmas. The customers I speak to are still with us and wont be surprised if we go uot again. So why not use this time to make some money to compensate us for when we do strike.
What we have done is sent a warning to RM that we arn't happy and are prepared to strike and see it through. This should have them worried a bit. I certainly wont be going down without a fight, to be bullied into working all the hours under the sun and moon for free, being watched, made out that Im a liar,feeling depressed everyday when at one time I enjoyed coming to work.
Do you really want the things that you were striking for to carry on just coz your pissed off with our union leaders. I will be striking coz I still believe that I am voicing my opinion, and I dont want to be s**t on everyday. I certainly dont want things to carry on the way they have without being able to say that I tried to make things better.

Office was 100% out on the last two strike calls but after getting f#cked by the union for a second time (2007/2009) there's no chance of 100% now

They still carry on, in RM's words they will NOT be going back on any changes already brought in - which in my office means getting bullied in to working over your time. I doubt our dear leaders will push for reversal of any changes, so we're stuck with what we've got. So why was I striking again?

As for the original question - I'd be in two minds about striking again, and if you're wondering I've worked for RM for well over 10 years and taken part in every bit of IA be it local or national in that time so it's not a decision I'd take lightly.
