What are the chances of not passing probation?

Guy who started the same time as me failed. He was an oldish guy (60s I think) and had a lot of trouble remembering the walks. After 7 months he only knew 2 walks despite being trained on about 8. DOM got rid.

You honestly do have to be a complete muppet not to pass probation.

He's not kidding - we have the QED at our office ( and he's about as useful as a left handed toss )
