I am starting to believe i'm too cynical to see them.

Can someone who has read the "deal" in full post some accurate bullet points so we can all understand what the union has won on our behalf.

According to the BBC website the aim is to finalise a deal by the end of 2010! Surely it needn't take that long??

The CWU are back in the negotiation process Something management do NOT want.
Innovative Duty structures are back in the frame Use them to you advantage,again something management do NOT like,but offices that have them do.
The strikes are STILL in place and will be used if management try a U-turn on the agreement.
Every office will be reviewed,our chance to put things right that management have wronged.
