Local strikes

Post by 8ball »

Does anyone know if we can call for a local office strike ,during the "period of calm " ?.Or has the CWU tied our hands behind our backs leaving us no options to defend ourselves against the level of bullying , harassment and dirty tricks from the managers .Which has increased dramatically during the last 3 days .Well done Dave and Billy u have poked the Royal Mail nest and run off to leave the rest of us to get stung every day :no no :no no :no no

"The CWU will suspend all national and local industrial action and no other national and local industrial will take place during the course of these negotiations"

probably hoping we will all walk out unofficially and then they can change our contracts.
So keep on moving, moving, moving your feet
Keep on shuf-shuf-shuffling to this ghost dance beat
Just keep on walking down never ending streets

What we have signed in 1.6 is a two week review where if we do not believe they are taking things seriously then we will continue strike action.

It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.

The daily grind of having to argue your case with an intellectual pigmy of a line manager is physically and emotionally draining.
