if the talks in the next few months end without a deal for us i for 1 will have no problem in going out again.
we have to give the union the chance to try and broker a deal which will suit us,lets not forget we are fighting everybody,royal mail management,the goverment,the majority of the press and big business so if talks fail i will go back on strike as will most in my office.

Having calmed down, I suppose I will too, as will the other stalwarts in my office.
Having read the interim agreement, imposed change, regardless of whether you work all your hours or not, should become a thing of the past.
But I remain suspicious, and deeply, deeply, distrustful of Royal Mail's sneaky, lying, two-faced, managers, so much so, I will not let my guard down for a second.

we were ready to go all out at our place. even after lossing 18 day's money we were still will to back the strike. but not now. the whole office has had it with the union there's no faith now that they will still be talking once we get past xmas. the union is more worried about it's self then us.

I don't know about the rest of the office, but I will leave the CWU next week and I will cross the picket line if and that is a very serious if there is ever a succesful ballot again.

Breaking the union through the back door? By who? We had a successful strike ballot, a successful strike action, negotiators at the table with Royal Mail, the threat of a disrupted christmas with a the consequent loss of revenue and then the strikes were called off - the logic of it eludes me.

I'll go out (TBH I don't see it as supporting Billy and Dave but on supporting my fellow workers) but unless clear progress is made in the next 2 weeks then we should be out again before Christmas, in my office that has had change brought in by EA, I'm expecting my rep. to have full release to try to sort the mess out from next week and unless that happens I'll be pushing to go straight back out again

And I will join you ,whatever my views on the conduct of this dispute ,I will never ,to my dying day ,roll over for those management parasites, and I will certainly never stab a fellow worker in the back in his hour of need. Once a scab ,always a scab,just could never live with that knowledge
