as far as i am aware this strike had eff all to do with a pay rise

RM want to deliver up to ten door to door items to each household per week, as tnt do on the continent. these will be shrink wrapped so that in effect you will only be delivering one, for this they want to take away the current payment you are paid.

i would take 10 D2D for 2p per item the harder you work the more you get paid but only if you sign up so if you dont want to take them you dont have to and leave it to the people who want to take them

I'd accept that no probs means my bags will be so heavy that by the time i've been back to boxes to re-fill my pouch bag 10 times i'll only have time to do half the duty anyway!

exactly,if people ever learn to do the job properly they will see the benefits
as i have said at work many times,its up to RM to make the duties achievable within the allocated hours and H&S agreements
