Open Strike ballot?.

How long can they keep the strike ballot open for?.So this agreement is down too local reps and managers? changes made by consent.we can't even vote on this deal?.Prob have too wait till April for a pay increase or not :mfo .

the law is vauge on the issue it states a reasonable lenth of time which has never been challange in scotland no.2 we have left local strikes by over 2months and royal mail never challanged it head quaters belive it wold be 3 months

Ballot is live for 3 months after last strike date.
I Wrote-During Covid-Which is still relevant now
It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.
