In 24 years I have had some fairly decent doms and reading the replies etc. onhere I feel we have been lucky.One went out of his way to help when I was facing a charge of not securing the mail after my car was broken into.(Years ago before you start

When i started in 1987 i had alot of respect for my manager. He had worked his way up, done everything in the office and was strict but fair. Door was always open and i asked his advice a few times in the early weeks. Jesus how times have changed. Our latest one straight from managing 10 people in a book shop has got no respect whatsoever. We know he's only a puppet for his manager but the bloke is as slimy as f**k. Has sacked more people (all full timers who have been replaced by part timers

) in 2 years than i have ever known sacked in over 20 years. What an utter twat.
