working days off

Post by happymackem »

having been in the job for 40 yes 40 years and been thru proper strikes
what f@'ks me off most is we have one day strikes or two next week and people work there days off so getting ot and not losing any money but the people who do it in my office (dh8/dh9) are the same people with a few exeptions who do it every week and are so far up the managers arse that they might as well live there.
so what is the point of a day or two day strikes?the managers bitches lose nowt at all but dont need to be strike breakers cos they work there days off and the day after the strike are at work moping up all the left over mail thus more ot
shot the bast@@ds

Same sort of thing in our office - everyone seems to be working their day off doing O/T.

It has made it so much easier for management too get the backlog cleared and the strike appears less effective.

My personal choice is NOT to work my day off at any cost.
