F/T ratio to P/T

Post by Exrep »

Is there any literature explain the procedure on how you work out what your F/T ration should be to your P/T in an office of 90 people.

The reason i ask is that we are about to start a second resign in the space of 3 months.

What my DIM has told is that out of 48 duties the last 8 will have to be P/T.

Now when we had our first resign there was never a mention of this ratio and we conducted the resign as through the seniority list which in the end only gave us 4 P/T holding duties and the remaninding ags were floaters or reserves.

I understand about this ratio but i would appreciate any literature on it as i dont trust my DIM.

Cheers.....

This is part of the talks, unsure though if there is anything set in stone previously.
From what we see on here it's as many p/t as poss in as many officers as poss.

As this has been bumped someone else may chip in with something.

It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.
