Re: CUT MANAGER'S
When I started 22yrs ago we had 2 managers doing all the work, now we have 5 or 6 somedays and we only have 50 more staff, a few quid could be saved here I think

Yep my guess is in the next 5 years max, we will have a new grade OPG(S) - The (S) will stand for supervisor and he/she will be responsible for a "Team" of 5 or 6.
This, IMO, is why they are so keen on Lapsing as the OPG(S) will have to cover absences from their own "Team" .

Re: CUT MANAGER'S
the office would run perfectly well if 50% of our managers failed to turn up (usually 4 of them) but no way would it run if 50% of us failed to turn up. Funny how on a saturday they only need 2 managers. I say get rid of at least 1 in every office, would save a small fortune.

Re: CUT MANAGER'S
We have got over 100 in our office and on more than one occasion, on a Saturday, no managers have shown up.
Everybody gets on with their job and the operation runs much smoother.

Re: CUT MANAGER'S
We never really ever saw a manager in our office, we could go months before we got a visit and everything just run smoothly. Now we see one at least twice a month and every time they come down its to change summat or read of a piece of paper some notice. Basically they just f**k up our office and lower moral even more.

Re: CUT MANAGER'S
I think that having no manager(s) in any office runs more smoothly. I know from this a while back when we had no dom in for a couple of days and everyone just got on with there work with no one on there backs about performance issues, fill this out and that. Let the culling begin
It's going to happen sooner or later
