if everyone didn't extend today, the managers would of had a real problem on their hands, I really don't know why we don't just work to our contract hours, but instead these silly fools are playing into royal mail management hands, and they were looking at me as if I was daft, they were saying what you talking about, of course I am going to extend,you have to 
but some of the managers were telling some staff, that they cannot do overtime after a strike, which I think is correct, but some others were saying they can extend,so what going on, who is right 
Seriously guys if we really want to make a stand, than we got to do our job properly,otherwise these one day strikes are going to be a waste of time
) i'd also be downright embarrassed to be delivering at that time. 
took 2 bags back and about a dozen parcels.
