What kind of pay deal are they after?

IN your experience how much more do u think we will be paid if they get that in the agreement?
one day part timers will have the same right as full timers

Its NOT about pay its about Bullying & Harassment and a FAIR workload for all RM workers!

i know that..

But i heard them mention that they are after a pay deal anyway...

so was just wondering what they will be pushing for.
one day part timers will have the same right as full timers

The union has wants as Part of the deal on the future a 3 year pay deal including the shorter working in year 1 which increases the hourly rate for years 2 and 3.
