We have no agreement to use flexibility this way in fact its total inflexable, my advice to my members will be to cut of or put the o/t in and if they dont pay o/t grievance then employee tribunal.RM cant force you to work o/t and we have no agreement on conditioned hours hope this helps.

our dom told us he was calling in the half hour flex, i looked back and said "go & read the 2007 agreement the half hour flex is to be used only for bulk postings & not for whenever you like" i walked off & that was that, too many doms b&h the workforce with the likes of this half hour, get a hold of the 2007 agreement ready for when he trys his luck again.

A think you'll find if we don't commit to doing it we are taken off pay for that day and future days until we commit to doing it which has happened in our office already.

Grievances already been handed in on the back of this, been given back with management saying its part of Pay&Mod which believe me i know its not the case, ET1 also being lodged also, so here we go again forced into it again because we have a divisional rep who dose not want to know or national officers who are not properly representing the affected members.

Thanks to the 2007 agreement that was left open too so much interpretation, when you get no help from your branch, national your f****d.Pissed off postie who's starting to wonder what we pay due's for.No amount of talking for national agreements will mean anything if RM don't abide by them, black,white,and what are the consequences in any agreement.

When exe action is implemented we should take action right away as a branch then members don't think there banging there heads against a brick wall a sure way to lose support which will eventually happen as some people in the CWU are so slow to react or have thier own agendas.

No flex in liverpool as we understand it it is only to be used in unforseen circumstances, but as already said it is open to missinterpretation.
