Mail Integrity - does it count for Managers ?

Post by islfor »

Just witnessed about 5 mins ago & filmed it on my mobile a Post Office counters manager delivering Special Deliveries in a Royal mail van with about 15 Specials on the passenger seat, 1 was a brown shoe size box on dashboard.
We would be sacked if we did anything like that..... !!!
What should we do ?

Mail integrity is mail integrity regardless of the position you hold in R/M.

I bet the problem you have here will be they cant remember what DIM it was.

Speak to your rep over this or send your evidence to the I.B or cluster manager for your area.

There will be some form of offical road you can take this down but seen as ive never encountered this situation before cant give you any more advice buddy.

Was the van locked im sure specials or any mial for that matter has to be out of view from the G/P and locked in the back of the van.

might ? be a idea to have the photo / movie in the public domain - obviously via a friend of a friend - if it's a movie , put some music on to go with it and put it up on You Tube

Dims seem to get away with a lot, nothing would be said to them i doub't, if they brought mail back or failed to deliver SD items
one rule or one one rule for another
