It's just we had 2 people who do sorting from 5am - 6am who came in to sort friday morning.johnnypick wrote:No,night shifts that started before 3-am(ie mid-08-00) worked there duty thurs-fri ,then were out fri-sat ,
Did they break the strike or not?
They also stayed till 6.30am to throw their walks off... but that's different matter i spose as they won't get paid for it.
Thanks

They're definitely being marked off my xmas card list!
I was one of the few people who said they broke the strike! Others in my DO seemed to think it was ok!

The definitely are "Sausage Chips And Beans" if they started a shift (even overtime) after the 3.00am start strike time. If they were working before 3am then they may be ok.
