The probabtion period is half a bloody year..
How long does it take them to figure out that i can deliver mail.

Done over 20 yrs, my probation was for a year, after 2 days I was on strike

i started in 1986 did 1 week training then 1st day own we went on strike for 3 days

six months as a trialist is more to do with how much time you may or may not take off

Just a quick point regarding the "probation period", there is now no such thing as this, and have clarified this with ACAS who will confirm either on the phone or just on the website, so really RM are trying to pull a fast one, and unless they change the name of the time period to something valid, they cant get rid of you, unless you completely fook up.

now every day is probation period for all men/women with rm f/t or a/g.
