We had naff all,about a box of work each,just flats.

So that will be 2 days of backlog come monday!
I Wrote-During Covid-Which is still relevant now
It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.

my day off the day but spoke to the troops and the boss is talking about banking hours from today cos there was nothing and paying them back next week when we're humped he has no chance!! :no no

Fifteen yorks of mail today at our place. All day off o.t was scrapped yesterday. Three normal walks "lapsed" as well as 9 other duties as well !!! 6 town walks, a firms delivery and 2 rural driving duties!!!! strike not working ? i don't think so ! never had such a light day EVER !!! :crazy: :crazy: :crazy: :mfo :cfo :cfo :dance :dance

1 bag of mail 2 bundles of letters/flats about 6 or 7 packets and 2 RDs and 1 SD and 4 bundles of households(D2D) took all of 1 hour to deliver, beforehand we had to watch films and fill in forms (walk logs etc) for 2 1/2 hours

monday is my short day and i cant flex due to childcare i can almost here my argument with the DOM the now bring it on!!!! NO SURRENDER :mfo

When Monday comes I'll have 2 days of mail to deliver, but since I usually only get out of the office to deliver after prepping at around 11am on a normal day, doing 2 days it will probably be near my cut off time. When I told the boss this his face was a picture :shock: Then when I told him it was my day off on Tuesday I started to feel real sorry for him and thought about coming in to help in my spare time for free :left: Yeah right :crazy: :crazy:

we had nothing in our office only 2 bags for me all towns back by 1130 and rurals 1230 :dance like the good old days :chuckle :cuppa

we had no coded mail, but loadsa flats and had to take all the sky mags in 1 hit, i had about 3 packets for the whole delivery tho lol, i finished half hr earlier than normal.

No mech,no packets, a few mailsort letters but took yesterdays sky and local council rag so had same amount of heavy bags.
