Strike breakers or strike breakers

In my office most of the staff went in last Friday, because they knew it would be an easy day. They knew no mail would come in so they would just chuck off what was there, if there was enough to take out they would deliver it, if not they would just go home. They went home at 9am. Not enough mail to warrant going out with it.
All except 1 lad. He went out to deliver his door to doors
They have all moaned and been angry about the changes and whats been going on in the office, now they get their one chance to stand up and say that they are in full support, they not happy with what is happening and they want things to be done about it. They choose the easy day full days pay Makes me so mad.
They arnt strike breakers they are strike breakers.

There is alot of strike breakers that are contradicting themselves right now.

We have one scab in our office that went into work, relised what royal mail were doing to him...joined the union because he didn't agree with royal mail...decided a few weeks later that he made the wrong choice and scabbed again! I think hes been brainwashed.

Beat this this for top scabbing. Some hound at work, apparently she is mortgage free, got csa cash coming out of her ass, what with all the kiddies she's knocked out, she picks and chooses her ot as the gaffers are scared of her. She was in last fri and she is in this sat, but today we was short staffed after a few knock ups, the gaffer went round asking if anyone would merge,as 2 walks needed to be done we said no for obvious reasons but the hound said she would do 1 of the walks in full plus her own.

I believe that everyone has the right to stay away from work if the strike is called officially, if they believe and know why they are striking. I also believe that equally, people either members of the CWU or not should also be free to go to work without the intimidation that they face.

You should all be reported and I for one will be reporting this forum for their inappropriate behaviour by allowing this to go on.

I have personally experienced postmen and women, colleagues and friends who feel unable to come to work even if they wanted to because of the most terrible intimidation that they suffer from there striking work colleagues. Why can you not respect each peoples views and opinions, and let them live there own lives. How immature, nasty and uncaring are you that call good people just trying to live there lives horrible names and give them the cold shoulder on your return to work.

Just grow up! You are all lucky to have a job, a good job with good pay. Stop whinging, get on with your jobs and help take your business into the future, so that we will all have jobs and income in the future.

Like I said if you wish to strike, thats your right, you go ahead, no one has a problem with that. Just let your colleagues and mine have to the same right to work if they want to without any incriminations from you and the union which you belong to.

Surely, you cant support your colleagues being threatened with violence if they go to work or being ignored or called names. Should that that have been left back in the classroom or have you all carried on being bullys from then!!

How can we moan about the managers being bullys when our colleagues are inciting violence?

If you wife, girlfriend, mum, daughter were punched because they attended work how would you feel? is that ok should we condone this sort of behaviour.
