Has to be all out----in the short term, this would bring a quicker resolution to the problems, rather than the piecemeal
strikes we have at present. Thankfully, the more I watch the news etc, the public are swinging more to our side because they realise what we are fighting for---they are completely fed up with R/M top brass, and we are in a position of strength

What do you mean by "All Out"?
We will all be out on Friday 6th, and Monday 9th, but that is only 1 day per week.
"All Out" is different from "Indefinite" strike action, for instance.
That might be where we end up in the next few weeks, if RM don't back down.
After all, 5 separate days of action over 5 different weeks is the same loss of pay as 5 days out over one week solid.
But a solid One Week strike would have a massive impact, and could force a resolution quickly.
Dragging the strike out over the next two months would not...

When it comes down to it, full-time release reps like me don't have to do the job, the ordinary rank and file do.
Full-time reps sometimes need reminding who they represent. There's no time like the present...
